The aim of this accredited course is to introduce teachers to the practice of Forest Therapy and to integrate it, together with our approach to environmental education, into their teaching. From our experience, we know that after our programs, participants will never look at the forest in the same way again.
The course is primarily designed for educators. However, it is open to anyone interested in learning more about Forest Therapy and the forest itself – whether you want to use Forest Therapy in your profession or simply broaden your knowledge.
Our program focuses on the foundations of Forest Therapy, rooted in the Japanese method of Shinrin-yoku, and on exploring the forest ecosystem in ways different from traditional school education.
