Data Protection Principles

We are JOBOO, s.r.o., the association Lesní lázeň, z.s., and the sole trader Ondřej Mráz.

We provide services on the websites loreofnature.eu.

In order to provide our services and operate our websites, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

I. Processing of Personal Data

Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you request our services, we will work with your contact details that you provide us, mainly through the enquiry form. These are: full name, telephone number, and email address.

For what purpose?
We use these details to contact you for further arrangements regarding the services.

On what legal basis?
This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiation of a contract, i.e. taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process your personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 3 months from our last communication.

Processing of personal data when making a purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, telephone number, bank account number.

For what purpose?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfil our contract – to provide you with our services. Through the contact details we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.

We also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to resolve complaints and similar matters).

On what legal basis?
This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

How long will we process your personal data?
For the duration of the provision of our services and then one year after the last such service was provided or goods delivered.

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not prohibit us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send our news.

On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?
For 1 year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at info@lesnilazen.cz.

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies working with us may have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our organisation. These are:

  • companies involved in payment invoicing

We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else you should know

We do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

We do not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.

IV. Use of Cookies

Cookies are text files containing a small amount of information that are downloaded to your device when you visit our website. Cookies are subsequently sent back to the website on each further visit, or to another website that recognises them.

V. Your rights regarding personal data processing

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to such data, to have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing. You may request a copy of the processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in some cases you have the right to data portability.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, or to go to court with your claims.

These conditions are effective from 4 August 2021.
